Philip A. Hood

Philip Hood, a golf enthusiast, is a product of the Little Rock public school system. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Grambling State University in Louisiana.

Post graduation, Hood returned to Arkansas and obtained several licenses and certifications, including a multi-line insurance license and a Series 7 Securities license, and began a professional career in the insurance and financial services industry. 



Hood is passionate about equity among classes and community empowerment. He is active civically, politically, socially to improve neglected communities. Hood and his wife Mica live in Little Rock and have two children.
